Nitrogen is efficient, inert, non-corrosive, environmentally safe and non-explosive. This provides a safer, more affordable alternative to liquid/cryogenic nitrogen. It also works seamlessly with all Flowco gas lift valves.
Here is how it works. A low-pressure compressor pulls atmospheric air to the membrane separator. Then membranes separate the air into rich, inert nitrogen gas (at >95% purity). Then a high-pressure booster compressor discharges the nitrogen gas (at up to 600 scfm at 5,000 psi).
NitroGEN™ generation applications (oil field) include: well jetting and unloading, de-watering, reservoir pressure maintenance, pipeline purging, gas supply for gas lift system, pipeline pressure testing, well clean-out, new well completion activity, new well drill outs, and well testing. Other applications include: vessel blanketing, offshore applications and caisson repair, platform commissioning and repair, and coal mine fire services.
