WHO WE ARE, WHERE WE ARE, AND HOW WE CAN HELP
Gas-assisted plunger-lift or GAPL, and plunger-assisted gas-lift or PAGL refer to one primary form of lift assisting another. While many in the industry use these terms interchangeably, GAPL is usually a plunger-lift well assisted by continuous or intermittent gas injection. PAGL on the other hand, is usually a continuous gas injected well, assisted with a continuous-run plunger. These methods are designed to extend the economic life of the well.
At Flowco, we excel in both methods of artificial lift. Gas lift and plunger lift solutions are our specialty. While there are a few oilfield service companies offering services and tools for GAPL and PAGL, we lead the industry in research, American-made manufacturing, and trouble-shooting wells to determine if these technologies could benefit that particular well. Once the optimum artificial lift solution is determined, we have the expertise for skilled application to optimize production, extend well life, and mitigate workovers.
Recently, Flowco was awarded a patent for our GAPL algorithm for our gas-assisted plunger lift method and control. The patent number is 11,448,049. We use this algorithm in our automation and control systems technology to optimize lift efficiency. While others are supplying the industry with tools, Flowco is leading.
